Return & Refund Policy

The returned goods/products should be in good condition and will be checked with the receipt together. The packaging should also be in its original condition and container as received. If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. Lapure Enterprise shall not bear any responsibility if the products are lost during the return transit. Once we have checked and confirm the condition of the goods/products, customer will receive their refund within 5 days.
