Q. How do make my purchase on the website?
To make your purchase, please follow the steps below :-
- Click “Add to cart” button on the products you wish to purchase.
- Click “Continue Shopping” to continue adding other products into the cart or click “Checkout” to proceed to make your payment.
- You'll reach a log in page where you will need to log into your account by using your Username and Password. If you do not have an account created yet, we recommend creating it for ease of purchase in the future as well as to keep track of your order. However, it is possible to proceed with the order without any account created.
- Confirm your delivery address on the “Shipping Address” page and click “next” button.
- Select your preferred shipping methods and click “next” button.
- Next, you'll need to choose your payment method and click “next” button.
- You will need to reconfirm your billing details and agree on the terms and condition.
- Finally, click “Confirm Order” to complete the order.

Q. How to change my account personal information and shipping address?
- Log into your account → Click on “Account Maintenance” → Edit your account information and shipping address.
Q. I forgot my password for my account. What should I do to retrieve it?
- Click on “Lost Password?” and fill in your e-mail that is used to register the account in the space provided.
- Click "Submit".
- A verification token will be sent to you. Once you have received the token, you will be able to choose a new password for your account.
Q. Can I cancel an existing order that have been made?
Yes but only if the order is still on pending status.
If the order is still on pending status and you wish to cancel it, please send an e-mail to our customer service team at pn@purezanature.com with the message title “Request to cancel order” in order to inform and provide us with details regarding the cancellation order.
Note: Orders that are in shipping or has been shipped shall not be cancelled.
Q. What is the product's transaction currency?
At the moment, all products transaction currency shall be done in Malaysia Currency (MYR) and Singapore Currency (SGD).
Q. How long does the delivery usually takes?
Delivery will usually takes about 3 to 5 working days, depending on the courier service provider. However, we ensure that we shall post it as soon as possible once we received the confirmation and payment.
